Absolutely! We understand that some teams have used their logo for many years and we are happy to ensure those make it onto your custom team uniforms. We also offer the option to use custom sponsor logos as well. There may be applicable art fees, we will know more once we see what we are working with. In most cases, if you can send us your logo print ready (vector files), we can use them at no additional cost!

We have a team dedicated to ensuring our sizing and patterns are consistent, fit well, and are comfortable to play in. Now, it is very important that you measure and order according to our size charts. Now, as always, we are here to help if you have any questions or concerns about fit or sizing.

Rover is firm about keeping your shipping charges low. Thus we use UPS Ground for standard shipping. UPS Ground shipping costs to the 48 continuous states are just $9.95 for the 1st item and only $1.00 for each additional item. So for example, if you were to order one of our most popular items, our Extra Long, Open Bottom, Relaxed Fit Softball Pants, and add on a Pro Leather Belt (as many do), you’re going to pay less than $11 to get it shipped. Sound too low? It is. In most cases, (especially with all the fuel surcharges) the actual shipping charges are more than this, but that’s OK – Rover picks up the extra amount.

Please Note: Typically, orders are shipped via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air or Next Day Air. Because of Internet Security Issues, all orders must ship to the billing address on the credit card used to pay for your order.

Yes. When your order is shipped, we will send you an email notifying you of shipment. This email will also contain information on how to track your order.

Yes. We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. Rates start at $39.50 for the first item and are an additional $3 for each item following. Please note, Canadian customs and customs brokerage fees may be applied to your shipment. These costs CAN be considerable. Rover does not control these charges, and therefore cannot advise you what these fees may be. Please allow additional time for customs. Delays caused by customs are understandably, out of our control. These general principles apply to any shipments from any company.

If we screw up, we’ll make it right. However, if not, then custom items and not returnable.
